- Learn techniques to lead a team through change and uncertainty.
- Set and manage expectations, delegate more effectively and make positive improvements to help you feel more balanced.
- Hold difficult conversations and give feedback.

This can be a blend of career, leadership and life coaching. You will also receive:-
- Email support in-between sessions.
- Supporting information that I feel would be useful to you following each coaching session.
- Psychometric Assessment - Strengths Finder and optional Talent Dynamics profiling report.
