To the leader knowing you are capable of so much more, but feeling like you have got lost along the way.
Perhaps you want to find yourself again following redundancy or job loss, so that you take the right opportunity and not just any opportunity.
Perhaps you are in a role but are not feeling aligned in your work and to create time and space and invest in your next career move.
Maybe you dread Monday mornings or get to the weekend feeling exhausted.
If you lack confidence and know you are capable of more, but know that every month that flies by, you are feeling further misalignment to your purpose.
Perhaps you are unsure how to promote your achievements and value you bring,
Perhaps you are anxious and dreading interviews, feeling overwhelmed and like you will never land another role.
Maybe you crave community with others navigating career transitions and with leaders Stepping into their leadership light, being there to support and cheer you on as you step into yours.
I see you! I’ve been there and know first-hand how it feels.
I’m Suzanne, Career and Leadership Coach and Development Specialist, a recovering people pleaser and high achiever, who experienced burnout more than once, to the point I actually collapsed at work.
Over the past few years, let’s just say a lot has gone on.
❌ Losing a load of confidence and having to find me again, following a series of three major life transitions all within 12 months.
❌ Realising I had spent years over 45 years of my life with undiagnosed ADHD.
❌ Working late at night after the kids had gone to bed, never having enough hours in the day.
But what I know, is the hardest times make us emerge a lot stronger. I can honestly say that the past few years have taught me more about myself than over 15 years in corporate ever did.
Now, I feel more aligned, more confident and know what I want and love nothing more than seeing my clients find themselves, step into their power and make positive transitions.
I dedicate my career to guiding my clients to transition and thrive, to realise:
✔️ What you want and what you don’t want.
✔️How to navigate the job market and feel far more confident in interviews.
✔️Understand what is getting in your way, get unstuck and work towards a brighter tomorrow.
✔️Be a more confident leader to lead your team and build your unique leadership brand inside and outside of the organisation.
A bit about me: I am fascinated by neuroscience, spirituality and growth mindset. With over 20 years working in recruitment, outplacement and learning and development, I set up my business to follow my purpose and have more impact.
It hasn’t been easy, as a single mum of two, there have been times I have wondered about packing in my business for the lure of a salary again. But when clients come to me 10 years on saying how much of a difference I made to them 10 years ago, and that they never forgot the impact I made on their career Or that thanks to working together, they now have landed the BEST job AND feel more confident as a leader, that is what has fuelled me to keep my business going and stay on my path. It has taken a LOT of learning, self-care, playing to my strengths and my values and investing in both myself and my business. Yep, it’s fair to say I have had to back myself.
If you are ready to invest in yourself and back yourself, whether to transition into a new role or step up as the authentic, awesome leader you are, here’s how I help:
Can I just say what a force you are. I am amazed how generous you are with your energy and experience and all round sunshine !
